E-Commerce
We will contact you promptly if there is an unforeseen unavailability issue related to your order. We do our best to keep our stock accurate.
Payment
We accept payment online through Square and PayPal, as well as Square payments and cash in person. By placing an order you agree to pay the full amount listed inc. 10% GST and any relevant delivery charges.
Delivery
We personally deliver to the delivery zones listed on our Website. We have a large free delivery zone, as well as a $5 and $20 zone to help us serve all our local customers.
Add-on items can't be purchased without a flower order. Any such orders will be cancelled.
We offer same-day delivery for orders received before 11am unless we are fully booked or you request a different day. Most orders are delivered in the afternoon except by arrangement if mutually suitable.
Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address. We are not responsible if your delivery can't be made due to an incorrect address and we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.
Risk
We always prefer to leave your delivery with an individual at the designated address. We will leave your order in a safe place if suitable but if conditions are not appropriate, we will need to arrange re-delivery at your expense.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, without negotiation, from a client who has previously been abusive to us, or who has used a fraudulent card to make a purchase in the past.

ACL
Please get in touch on the day of delivery if you believe there is something wrong with your order. We personally prepare and deliver every item to ensure as minimal issues as possible.

Variations
The majority of our listings are florist's choice to ensure we can source seasonal, local flowers whenever possible. As such, the images listed are indicative of previous works of that listing, but not indicative of the exact flowers you will receive.
All orders are final - if you have made an error, please get in touch immediately and we'll do our best to work with you.
